1. What Predct is — and what it is not

Predct is a simulation and analytics product for prediction markets. It lets you assemble multi-leg parlays across categories such as crypto, politics, sports, economics, technology and culture, and prices them with a correlation-aware pricing engine so you can study how joint probability, edge and stake sizing interact.

All balances, stakes, payouts, positions, leaderboards and profit-and-loss figures on Predct are expressed in virtual credits with no monetary value. Predct does not accept deposits, does not process wagers, does not custody funds, does not pay winnings, and does not permit the exchange, sale, transfer or redemption of virtual credits for money, cryptocurrency, goods or services.

Predct is not a broker, dealer, exchange, betting operator, bookmaker, casino, investment adviser, or financial institution, and is not registered as any of those with any authority in any jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using Predct you represent that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Service does not violate any law applicable to you.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing it from a jurisdiction where prediction-market simulations, fantasy contests or similar products are prohibited. See the Restricted Jurisdictions notice for details.

3. Accounts

Predct demo accounts are created locally in your browser. You are responsible for the security of the device and browser profile you use, and for every action taken through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone. You may not create accounts by automated means, operate multiple accounts to distort leaderboards, or sell, rent or transfer your account.

Because demo accounts and balances are stored in your browser, clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching device or browser will erase your account, positions and history. We cannot recover this data.

4. Virtual credits

New accounts receive a starting balance of virtual credits. Credits are a licensed, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable feature of the Service. They are not property, not a stored-value instrument, not e-money, not a security, and not a claim against Predct.

We may adjust, reset, expire or remove credits at any time, including to correct errors, to remedy abuse, or when we change how the simulation works. No compensation is owed for any change to, loss of, or removal of credits.

5. Market data, pricing and settlement

Market questions, probabilities, price histories, volumes and settlement outcomes shown in Predct are illustrative and generated for demonstration. They may not correspond to any real market, real order book, or real world result, and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

The correlation-aware pricing engine, edge estimates, implied probabilities and break-even figures are modelled outputs based on assumptions we choose. They are not predictions, guarantees or advice, and they can be wrong. Settlement of simulated positions is determined by us and is final.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, exploit, or misrepresent the Service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Predct, the Predct name and mark, the interface, the design system, the pricing engine, the copy and all other materials in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service may reference or link to third-party sites, sources and brands. Those references are for identification and context only, do not imply endorsement or affiliation, and we are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service, including markets, features and virtual credits, at any time and without notice or liability.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date, and where practical we will surface a notice in the product. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predct and its operators, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, virtual credits or simulated positions, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which for a free service is zero) or USD 50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predct and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your local account data from within the app or by clearing your browser storage. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for suspected abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
