Predct is free to use and does not sell anything. This policy explains the status of virtual credits and how we handle balance corrections.

1. No purchases, no refunds

There is nothing to buy on Predct. We do not take payments, do not offer subscriptions, and do not sell virtual credits, boosts, or advantages. Because no payment is ever taken, no refund can arise.

If you are ever asked to pay for Predct credits, it is not us. Report it immediately and do not send money.

2. Nature of virtual credits

Virtual credits have no monetary value, are not redeemable, transferable or assignable, do not constitute property, e-money, a security or any claim against us, and confer no rights outside the Service.

3. Starting balance and top-ups

Each new demo account is granted 250 virtual credits once, when the account is first created. Signing out and signing back in with the same email restores the balance you left behind; it never grants a new allocation.

If your balance falls below 25 credits you can claim a top-up from account settings that brings you back up to 100 credits. The top-up can be claimed once every 24 hours, and only while you are below the threshold.

Resetting your account from settings is a separate action: it clears every position and the balance history and returns you to the 250-credit starting allocation.

4. Corrections and adjustments

We may correct balances affected by a pricing error, settlement error, bug or abuse — including removing credits gained from an exploit. Where a genuine platform error costs you simulated credits, we will restore a reasonable equivalent on request, at our discretion.

5. Loss of credits

Your balance and position history persist on the device and browser you played on, and survive signing out, closing the tab and restarting the browser.

They are stored only in that browser, so they will be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing, or change device or browser. That loss is not recoverable and no compensation is owed.
