Restricted Jurisdictions

Where Predct may not be used, why, and what we expect from you regarding local law.

Predct is offered as a virtual-credit simulation, but rules on prediction markets, event contracts and betting-style products vary widely and change often. This page explains our position.

1. Your obligation

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you are. If it is not, you must not use Predct. Access from a location does not mean the Service is offered or lawful there.

2. Restrictions we apply

Anyone under 18, or under the local age of majority if higher.
Persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions, or located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory.
Any jurisdiction where prediction-market simulations, fantasy contests or similar products are prohibited, or where offering them requires a licence we do not hold.

3. Circumvention

Using a VPN, proxy, false location or false declaration to bypass a restriction is a breach of the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in permanent loss of access.

4. Changes to this list

We may add or remove restrictions at any time as law and guidance change, without notice.
