Parlay pricing, done honestly

Most parlay products quietly price correlated legs as if they were independent, which is where the house edge really hides. Predct exists to show that arithmetic in the open, with virtual credits and no way to lose anything but pride.

Why it exists

Prediction markets are a good way to think about probability, and parlays are the fastest way to misunderstand one. Stack four legs at 70% and it feels like a strong bet; it is a 24% bet. Stack four correlated legs and the quoted price is often worse than it looks. Predct makes both effects visible in the price, in real time, on the slip.

Who it is for

Anyone learning how joint probability, correlation, margin, expected value and stake sizing interact — students, quantitative hobbyists, and people who want to test a parlay habit somewhere it costs nothing.

What Predct is not

  • Not a bookmaker, sportsbook or betting exchange — no wager is ever accepted.
  • Not a broker, dealer or trading venue — no instrument is bought or sold.
  • Not a payments business — no deposits, no withdrawals, no custody of funds.
  • Not a prize competition or sweepstake — nothing of value can be won.
  • Not a data feed — prices are illustrative simulation data, not live quotes.
  • Not an adviser — nothing here is investment, betting, legal or tax advice.
  • Not a forecast — a result on Predct says nothing about the real world.

How it is built

Predct runs entirely in your browser. There is no server-side account, no database of users and no tracking. Your profile, credits, slip and position history live in local storage on your device, which is also why they do not follow you to another browser.

The pricing engine is fully documented on the pricing engine page, and availability by country is listed on the availability page.
