Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any law applicable to you.
• Presenting Predct output as real-money betting, brokerage, investment advice, or a licensed financial service.
• Attempting to buy, sell, transfer, exchange or monetise virtual credits, accounts or positions.
• Manipulating leaderboards or statistics through multiple accounts, automation, or exploitation of bugs.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting the pricing engine except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
• Scraping, crawling or bulk-downloading the Service beyond what a normal browser does, or ignoring robots directives.
• Probing, scanning, load-testing, denial-of-service, credential stuffing, or any attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• Impersonating Predct, its staff, or any other person, or misrepresenting affiliation.
• Framing, mirroring or rebranding the Service, or removing proprietary notices.

2. Automated access

Search-engine crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome. Any other automated access requires our written permission and must not degrade the Service for other users.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, rate-limit, reset balances, suspend or permanently block access, with or without notice. Serious matters may be referred to law enforcement. Enforcement is at our discretion, and choosing not to act in one case does not waive our rights in another.
