Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Predct operates the Service and acts as the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at privacy@predct.app.

2. Data we process

• Account data you enter: email address and display name. These are stored in your browser's local storage on your device; they are not transmitted to a Predct account database.
• Simulation data: parlay legs, stakes, virtual balance, open and settled positions, and preferences — stored locally in your browser.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, device and browser type, referring page, and timestamps, processed by our hosting provider in server logs for security and reliability.
• Support data: any information you choose to include when you email us.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, wallet addresses, government identification, biometric data, precise geolocation, or special-category data. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train third-party advertising profiles.

4. Why we process data, and on what basis

• To provide the Service and remember your session and simulation state — performance of a contract with you.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and debug faults — our legitimate interests.
• To respond to your messages — our legitimate interests, or performance of a contract.
• To comply with legal obligations where they apply — legal obligation.
• Any optional analytics or non-essential cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Cookies and local storage

Predct uses browser local storage to hold your demo account and parlay slip, and a small consent record to remember your cookie choice. See the Cookie Policy for the full inventory and how to control it.

6. Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us run the Service — principally our hosting and content-delivery provider — and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Predct, our users or the public. If the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process technical data in countries other than yours, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Data in your browser stays until you delete it — clearing site data or signing out removes your local account. Server logs held by our hosting provider are typically retained for up to 30 days. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because your account data is stored on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by editing or clearing your local data.

To make a request about anything we hold, email privacy@predct.app. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in Türkiye, the KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, keep dependencies current, and minimise the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities as described in the Contact & Legal Notices page.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted in the product.
